Our normal hours of business are 10:00 - 17:30 GMT, Mon - Fri and 10:00 - 22:00 on Thursdays.  Calls to all our 08700 numbers are charged at normal national rates.

If you have any complaints about our service or any goods or services you purchase from us please email us at sales@djnextday.co.uk or write to the address above.  We endeavour to respond to all complaints within 3 working days.

To purchase from us you must be over 18 and resident in the United Kingdom or EIRE. Currently, we can only ship to the United Kingdom and EIRE. 

Privacy Policy

By submitting your order you are offering to buy the goods and allowing us to use your personal details for the purposes of supplying goods (including passing your details onto couriers, our suppliers and other subcontractors).  We will not use your details for any other purposes without your consent and you may ask that your details are removed from our system by writing to the address above.  If we change our policy in the future then we will write to you offering you the chance to opt out receiving further emails.  And should you decide to not opt out at this stage we will give you the chance to opt out on receiving further details at every stage, by a simple link from within each email.

We are not obliged to supply the goods to you until we have confirmed acceptance via email or normal post of your order with a receipt and this is when the contract is made. You do not own the goods until we receive payment in full.

If you discover you have made a mistake with your order please contact Customer Care immediately. Please do this before we confirm your order, using  any of the contact methods above.

If you order software from us you will also be bound by the terms of the software licence supplied.

All prices and offers are subject to change and availability. Errors and omissions excepted. Subject to not selling below our cost price. VAT will be charged on all prices (including carriage) at the standard UK rate at the time. For out of stock items, delivery dates given are only estimates.

We will use your details for fraud prevention purposes. We will check your details with fraud prevention agencies and if you give us false or inaccurate information and we suspect fraud, we will record this.


Returns
This is important. Please read carefully

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery and all returns must be in a saleable, new and unopened condition.  Returns are also subject to a £30 or 15% surcharge (which ever is greater), plus administration charges, plus courier charges, plus vat. This is brought about by our distributors charging us for all returned goods  However in the case of faulty goods received and it is apparent upon a visual inspection that these goods are faulty, you can return these goods for a full refund or receive another product within 14 days of purchase (or longer if required by law).  Also for faults which are not immediately apparent, we will also accept these opened goods within 14 days of purchase (or longer if required by law) from the date of delivery.

Damaged or defective goods - We will supply goods that are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months (or longer if required by law) from the date of delivery.

You should inspect the goods when you receive them for defects or damage. If you find a defect or damage you must tell us as soon as possible and we will arrange for their return to us or the manufacturer at no cost to you. If the goods are found to be damaged prior to delivery to you, or defective, we will at our option repair or replace the goods or refund the price paid by you.

We shall refund the total amount of money paid by you for the goods, less our charges (if applicable) as stated above, within 30 days starting with the day on which we receive the goods back from you.

Customer Services

click here or write to Samantha Barrett, Customer Complaints, Risk Free UK LTD, The Studios, Mansell Road, Wellington, Telford, Shropshire, TF1 1QQ.   We endeavour to respond to all complaints within 3 working days.  We  take complaints very seriously and aim to satisfy each and every customer.  We also know that each unsatisfied customer gives us bad publicity, in as much as each satisfied customer is a success for us.


What does In-Stock mean
In-Stock means that we or one of our distributors had the goods described in-stock and ready to be shipped to you the next day excluding weekends at the last update which is usually every 24 hours.  We cannot guarantee any mistakes made by us our our distributors.


Delivery
UK - (England, Scotland, Northern Ireland, Wales and Channel Islands) - We aim to deliver all in-stock goods to the UK the next business day on all orders received before 4pm Monday - Thursday.  Friday orders before 4pm will be delivered on Monday.  Remote parts of Scotland Islands can take a little while extra because our couriers cannot guarantee next day delivery to these remote area's.

Eire - We aim to deliver all in-stock goods to the Republic of Ireland the next business day on all orders received before 4pm Monday - Thursday.  Friday orders before 4pm will be delivered on Monday.  Very rarely an Irish order can take an extra day due to our credit card checking facility taking extra time to process. All Irish VAT Registered companies should quote their VAT number in the comments section on the last page where you also enter your credit card information. Once we have validated the VAT number against your order we will not charge you VAT. All invalid registrations or missing VAT numbers will be charged vat currently at 17.5%

Channel Islands - VAT will not be charge to VAT exempt Islands

Charges - Our next business day delivery charge to all of the above area's is £15.  Some items cost slightly more and really heavy items that require specialist removal services will also incur an extra charge, but we will inform you about this before we charge and ship your order.

Weekend orders are normally proceed on Monday for Delivery on Tuesday.  

Saturday deliveries  - We can deliver on Saturday, but our couriers charge £30 for this.  Please specify in the comments if you would prefer delivery on Saturday and we will contact you to arrange a suitable time for Saturday.


Payment Methods
We accept Switch, Visa, MasterCard, and Amex.  We also accept a cheque or postal order made payable to Risk Free (UK) LTD, please complete your order online and enter 9999 9999 9999 9999 for the credit card number and an expiry date of 10/2015 for the card expiry date so that we know you intend to pay via cheque.  Please write, your postcode, date order placed, contact telephone number and surname entered onto our web site on the back of the cheque so that we know which order is yours.  We will contact you before the order is place, to confirm delivery.  Please send your posted orders to the above address.
