What do you charge for delivery?

Courier Next Day:     

£15  - (This includes free returns should your product become faulty within the warranty period)

 

Courier Two Working Days

£8 - (This includes free returns should your product become faulty within the warranty period)

 

Courier Three Working Days

£5 - (This includes free returns should your product become faulty within the warranty period)

 

Some companies offer free delivery charges, but this means that each item sold is loaded with the real delivery charge.  We believe in charging truer delivery charges so that if you order multiple items you pay a cheaper price.



Do you deliver for the next day?
Yes we can if we receive the order before 2pm and the next day service is selected on checkout *subject to stock & availability.

 


Do you use a courier service?
Yes we do for all heavier goods & awkward parcels, sometimes we use Royal Mail postal service.
Can you deliver to my work address or Friends house?
For first orders we can only ship to your registered card address for security purposes.

What does In-Stock mean
In-Stock means that we or one of our distributors had the goods described in-stock and ready to be shipped to you the next day excluding weekends at the last update which is usually every 24 hours.  We cannot guarantee any mistakes made by us or our our distributors.


Do you deliver to my Country?
We currently deliver to the UK & Ireland however we may deliver to other countries, please enquire about pricing

Can you guarantee delivery on or by a particular date?
We make every effort to despatch all orders as soon as possible, but exact delivery times are beyond our control.
How do i pay for items online?
Simply collate the items you want in our basket and click "checkout" following the online instructions. We accept all major credit & debit cards [see above]

Do you sell second-hand equipment?
No. All equipment is brand new out of the box unless stated as
Can I buy on finance?
unfortunately we do not offer finance deals at present.
Will I receive an invoice with my order?
No for security reasons we do not send out invoices in the parcels. When your order is placed a detailed invoice in the form of an e-mail will be sent to the address you specify or a postal one should you request this.

 


What if my card payment is not authorised?
Your order will be reserved for you, and you will receive an e-mail from us. If you do not contact us, we will retry your card 3 times more, then cancel the order if authorisation is still not given. You may have to contact your card issuer.
Ive lost my password - can i still log-in?
Yes you can. Simply enter your e-mail address in the box provided and click FORGOTTEN PASSWORD. The system will email your password to you!
Is your website safe & secure with my personal details?
Yes, We use an encrypted shopping server online to ensure all the details transmitted within our secure area are safe & sound. We will use your details for fraud prevention purposes. We will check your details with fraud prevention agencies and if you give us false or inaccurate information and we suspect fraud, we will record this.
Do You Price Match?
DJ Next Day does not price-match with other retailers. We do, however, consistently work toward maintaining competitive prices and want to become a leading DJ equipment supplier.
